The music plays! The President enters. All Fearless Leaders stand and applaud as the stopwatch ticks. One side applauds forward. Other side applauds center. President approaches and stands at podium. Fearless Leaders stand, sit, clap, and remain silent. Malfunctioning in an endless chaotic cycle of "Jack Ass in the box" and "Pop Goes the Weasel". President continues speech unaffected. All sit patient stare to "Clapper Light"as President concludes. Awaits approval. Not a single response. Slowly he exits through total silence. All eyes glued. All eyes fixed to "Clapper Light".
