"The Dead Soldier Babies Amendment"
The Presidency of the United States mandates that in order to maintain National Security all American mothers shall give birth to as many soldiers necessary to be sacrificed through murder in battle that two thirds of the population of the world be exterminated. Farther that these "Dead Soldier Babies" shall no longer serve to preserve and protect the sovereignty of the United States of America.
That their loyalty shall be to the United Nations and that their "Commander and Chief" shall be The New World Order. That their duties are to murder and destroy all common men, women and babies that stand for and with God and humanity of all worlds.
